Low volatile organic compound (VOC) paints and carpeting ensure that off-gassing is minimized. ENERGY STAR® appliances are featured in the kitchens of all Parc Nuvo suites, minimizing energy consumption and maximizing efficiency. Water conservation methods, energy recovery ventilation, individually controlled and high efficiency space conditioning all help to achieve substantially better performance environmentally while saving on utility costs.
