Jack DelZotto, our founder, built his first home.
1961
Angelo DelZotto, Jack's eldest son, built an apartment complex that became the forerunner of today's modern condominium.
1969
Tridel builds their first condominium residence at Arbour Glen in Oakville.
2002
Deltera, Tridel's construction management division, is created
2003
Built Element, our first Built Green Built for Life® community.
2013
Tridel launches its first revitalization community in Alexandra Park in partnership with TCHC.
