Construction Update - March 2025

Occupancy has officially begun at Aqualuna, marking an exciting milestone for this stunning waterfront community. Known for its signature wave-inspired design, Aqualuna’s striking architecture has already made an impression along Toronto’s evolving skyline — and now, its first homeowners are beginning to call it home.

As of March, occupancy permits have been received for all parking levels, amenity areas, and residential floors up to and including the 7th floor. Homeowners on these floors have begun moving in and are now settling into their new homes.

Work continues to progress on the remaining residential areas. Suites from the 8th floor and above are now in the final finishing stages, with upcoming inspections scheduled. The outdoor amenity terrace and pool are progressing as scheduled, soon providing residents with additional spaces to relax and take in the waterfront surroundings.

The East Bayfront Community Centre, located on the ground and second floors, is advancing in tandem with the residential component, with turnover to the City of Toronto anticipated in the coming months.

In partnership with Hines, Tridel is leading the completion of the Water’s Edge Promenade, which frames the North, East, and South sides of Aqualuna. Civil, electrical, and landscaping work is making progress, with completion targeted later this year.
