Construction Update - February 2025

As construction progresses steadily at Royal Bayview, we are getting closer to welcoming homeowners to move in later this year. Both tower cranes were recently dismantled – a major milestone and exciting step toward Royal Bayview completing the exterior façade. On the outside, work continues to progress, with precast and window installation now complete. Balcony railings have been installed up to the 8th floor, and soffit work has advanced to the 12th level in the North Tower and to the 10th level in the South Tower. When driving down Bayview Avenue, Royal Bayview’s stunning architecture is nearly impossible to miss as its distinct details become more visible with each passing day.

Inside, the finishing touches are coming together nicely. In both towers, drywall installation has now reached the 7th floor, tiles have been laid up to the 4th floor, and kitchens are complete up to the 3rd floor. Common areas including the party room, dining room, and fitness centre are also moving forward, with drywall, tiling, and rough-ins in progress. Landscaping is now underway, soon transforming into a warm and thoughtfully designed space for residents and visitors to enjoy.
