Construction Update
We’re excited to announce that Royal Bayview has officially topped off, marking a major milestone in the construction process.
Progress continues across both towers, with significant steps made in several key areas. Both the South and North Tower forming are now complete. Precast installation is advancing steadily, with the South Tower now progressing on the 11th floor and the North Tower on the 10th floor. Window installation is also well underway, reaching the 11th level in the South Tower and the 8th level in the North Tower.
In September, balcony installation began, while soffit installation is currently progressing, with work reaching the 7th level in the South Tower and the 5th level in the North Tower. Interior finishing work is ongoing in both towers, as well as in the shared amenity spaces.
