Construction Update - March 2026

Construction at The Dupont is now substantially complete, marking an important milestone for the community. Occupancy for suites up to the fifth floor was granted in January 2026, and homeowners have been steadily moving into their new homes since that time.

The building envelope, including windows, balconies, and façade finishes, has been fully completed, and the construction hoist was dismantled at the end of 2025. Interior finishes across all amenity areas are now complete, while finishing work continues to progress on the remaining upper floors in suites. Current work includes tiling on the ninth floor, kitchen and countertop installations on the eighth floor, and flooring on the seventh floor.

Streetscape and landscape work at ground floor are also advancing well and nearing completion. In addition, the adjacent city park has been completed and officially turned over to the City of Toronto, contributing to the growing public realm in the neighbourhood.

As final touches continue across the community, The Dupont is coming together as a complete and connected place to call home, with homeowners continuing to move in.
