Construction Update - October 2025
Construction at The Dupont is steadily approaching completion, and we are excited to share the latest progress with you.
The building envelope is nearing full completion, with balcony railings advancing on the upper levels and metal panel soffits underway. Hoists are scheduled for removal by the end of the year, marking a significant milestone as the exterior work nears completion.
Inside the building, finishing work continues with drywall framing and boarding on the 9th floor, priming underway on the 8th, kitchens and countertops being installed on the 6th, and flooring progressing on the 5th floor.
Outdoors, the streetscape work is targeting completion before year end, while the new City Park is on track to be completed by the end of October. As we move toward completing the City Park, streetscape, and landscape work, partial road closures are anticipated in the surrounding area. Construction activities will generate minimal dust and noise, and all necessary measures are being taken to ensure impacts are kept to a minimum.
With the exterior nearly complete and interiors coming together beautifully, The Dupont is in its final stages of construction. It’s an exciting time for the community, and we look forward to welcoming you home in early 2026.
