Construction Update

Construction at Westerly is advancing, with both buildings demonstrating notable progress. Westerly has received its full building permit as of May 2024, and the 10th floor formwork is currently underway. Meanwhile, Westerly 2 is further along, with the 20th floor formwork in progress. The erection of precast elements and installation of the curtain wall have both begun for Westerly 2, promising an exciting transformation of the building's exterior.

Looking ahead, forming activities are on track to conclude for both towers by the end of this year. Building envelope works, including windows, balconies, and façade finishes, will begin later in 2024 and progress through 2025.
