Construction Update - July 2026

Construction at Westerly continues to reach its final milestones, with both towers now substantially complete and welcoming homeowners into the community.

At Westerly, the final round of occupancy is now underway for the ground floor suites, marking the last phase of homeowner move-ins. Interior finishing has been completed throughout the building, with only the remaining ground floor suites receiving their final touches. Outside, landscaping improvements along Cordova Avenue, including sidewalks, have now been completed, creating a welcoming streetscape around the community. The community's Privately Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS) has also been completed, adding a thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering space that enhances the public realm for both residents and the surrounding neighbourhood. Westerly was officially registered on April 23, 2026, and the final turnover meeting with the condominium corporation is scheduled for July 16, 2026, marking the completion of another important milestone.

At Westerly 2, the community has continued to progress following its registration on February 13, 2026. Forming and the building envelope have been fully completed, while interior finishing and landscaping are now complete, bringing the tower to its final stage.

With both Westerly towers nearing full completion, the community has taken shape as a vibrant new addition to Etobicoke, with homeowners settling in and enjoying their new homes and neighbourhood.
