Construction Update - April 2026

Construction continues to progress at Westerly, with both towers advancing through key milestones as the community nears completion.

Westerly continues to welcome new homeowners, with the fourth round of occupancy underway, reaching floors 16 through 18. Interior finishing is progressing steadily as trades move up the tower, with drywall nearing completion on the 18th floor, kitchens installed on the 19th floor, and tile work advancing on the 20th floor. Final coats of paint and flooring installations are also ongoing across upper levels.

Outside, landscaping and sidewalks are taking shape along Cordova as weather allows, particularly at the entrance to the canopy.

At Westerly 2, the community reached an important milestone with registration completed on February 13, 2026. The final round of occupancy for the remaining hoist suites is set to begin in the coming month, marking the final phase of move-ins.

Interior finishing work is in its final stages, with trades focused on completing the remaining suites. Kitchens have been installed up to the 20th floor, tile work is progressing between the 20th and 24th floors, and final paint coats are nearing completion at the upper levels. Landscaping around the tower has now been completed as well.

As both Westerly and Westerly 2 approach completion, the community is taking shape as a vibrant, connected place, with more homeowners settling in and enjoying their new homes.
