Construction at MRKT Alexandra Park is progressing well, with several key milestones achieved. The structural forming and official "top off" was successfully completed at the end of June 2024. The building envelope is taking shape, with the precast façade set to be completed by the end of August. Windows are currently being installed on Level 12, with a targeted completion date in the coming months.

Heading inside, interior finishing is advancing steadily, with in-suite drywall framing progressing on Level 4, while mechanical and electrical rough-ins are being carried out on Level 3. Looking ahead, streetscaping activities are scheduled to commence early next year. Work on the community’s shared courtyard is also well underway, with landscape curbs and walls formed and poured, and the placement of landscape topsoil set to begin in September.
