Royal Bayview Tops Off: A Step Closer to Luxurious Living in Thornhill

We’re excited and proud to announce that Royal Bayview has officially topped-off, bringing this community one step closer to welcoming future residents.

Topping off marks a significant milestone in the construction process, signifying that the structure has reached its maximum height. Achieving this is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and hard work of our Tridel teams, as well as the massive contributions of all the trades and consultants involved. With this important phase complete, we continue to make steady progress throughout the rest of the community.

Precast installation is progressing well, with the South Tower reaching the 10th floor and the North Tower at the 8th. Window installation is also advancing, now at the 9th level in the South Tower and the 7th in the North Tower. Interior finishing is also underway across both towers and in the shared amenities spaces.

As construction moves forward, the vision for Royal Bayview is taking shape, offering a perfect balance of modern luxury and peaceful natural surroundings. Situated next to the lush greens of the Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto, Royal Bayview is an icon in the making.
